Join a fast-growing SaaS startup that’s modernizing how ISPs and telecoms run their businesses. We’re looking for a hands-on Implementation Data Specialist to lead complex customer data migrations from fragmented legacy tools (think: HubSpot, QuickBooks, etc.) into a single unified platform.
This is a hybrid role blending data analysis, product implementation, and light release management — ideal for someone who’s both technical and customer-facing.
💡 What You’ll Do:
Own full-cycle data migrations from discovery to post-go-live.
Partner with clients and engineers to design and execute data mapping, validation, and transformation strategies.
Troubleshoot data issues and ensure seamless onboarding into production environments.
Be the go-to problem solver and liaison between customers and internal teams.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years in data migration, implementation, or data operations.
Strong SQL skills and a sharp eye for data integrity and quality.
Excellent communicator with client-facing experience.
Experience in SaaS, startups, or tech-forward environments.
