We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & AI Platform team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. Your contributions will help accelerate data-driven and AI-enabled decision-making across the organization. This role supports the development and delivery of trusted, high-quality data assets and analytics capabilities, driving the continued evolution of modern Data & AI ecosystem.

Role: Data Analyst
Skills: Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake, Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog).
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Location: Remote.
Responsibilities:
Deliver trusted insights: Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions aligned with enterprise priorities.
Partner across teams: Collaborate with business units, data engineers, and data scientists to ensure analytical outputs are accurate, timely, and based on governed data.
Support platform enablement: Contribute to building and enhancing reusable data models, metrics, and analytics pipelines within the data platform ecosystem (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, Purview).
Ensure data quality and compliance: Validate and profile data to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency with governance standards.
Provide advisory support: Offer guidance to business users on leveraging platform data and analytics capabilities to meet strategic and operational needs.
Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and standardization in analytics delivery.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform environments (preferably within financial services).
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency with SQL and data transformation techniques.
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake).
Understanding of data governance concepts and tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog).
Working knowledge of Python, R, or equivalent for data analysis is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate technical outputs into business insights.
Solid business acumen and understanding of financial or credit union operations.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and thrive in a data-driven culture.
