We’re Hiring: Sr. Appian Business Systems Analyst (BSA) 🚨

📍 Location: Toronto, London, or Winnipeg (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📅 Term: 3 months (extendable – backfill)
⏰ Hours: 37.5/week
💲 Rate: $85-90/hr INC

Our RPA & IDP team is looking for a seasoned Appian BSA to join an agile, fast-paced environment focused on automating business processes and delivering real impact. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex problems and translating them into scalable, low-code solutions – we want to hear from you!

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years BSA experience, ideally in financial services or insurance
✅ Hands-on with Appian, IDP, Process Modeling, and Prompt Engineering
✅ Strong Agile/DevOps background
✅ Proficient in Jira, Confluence, GitLab
✅ Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions
✅ Confident communicator and problem solver
