📍 Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite | 12-Month Contract
💲 $60/hr INC

We’re hiring for an exciting Web QA Analyst role supporting QuickBooks in non-US markets (Canada, UK, Australia). If you’re passionate about quality frameworks, data-driven insights, and global customer support, this is a great opportunity to work on a high-impact international program.

🟢 Key Skills & Experience

✔️ 5+ years in Manual/Automated QA within Customer Support/Service Excellence
✔️ Deep knowledge of contact center QA frameworks
✔️ Experience managing QA processes across BPOs (e.g., Teleperformance)
✔️ Skilled in calibration, stakeholder alignment, and QA adoption
✔️ Confident in using QA data to influence process & tech improvements
✔️ Strong communication with leadership-level stakeholders

🧠 This is a technical and strategic QA role, focused on building scalable quality systems—not just evaluations.
