Job Opening: Seeking a Business Consultant to join our leading financial client! 🌟
Work Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite/week
Position Type: Contract, 6 months
Location: Toronto, ON
Must Haves:
1. Process engineering experience with either Lean, Six Sigma, – 3 years
2. Experience in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft O365 Suite – 3 years
3. Experience with tools like FigJam or Mural – 2+ years
4. Ability to understand high-level concepts quickly and turn them into process maps for opportunity identification
5. Ability to design a future state process based on solutions brainstormed
6. Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems
7. Preferred – Prior FI and banking experience, including knowledge of call centres, back office and/or Banking Center processing environments
