New Contract Opportunity – Senior Full Stack Software Developer (RQ09713)
📍 Location: 40 St. Clair, Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
🗓 Start Date: October 8, 2025
⏳ End Date: March 31, 2026 (120 Business Days, probable extension)
👥 Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support and maintain the OASIS Remote Field Data Capture Mobile application and its integration with the OASIS Core Web application. This role involves working with ESRI GIS technology and contributing to Ontario’s Agricultural Soil Information System (OASIS).
✅ Must-Have Skills
4+ years in full stack Java/JEE development (RESTful APIs, JSON, HTML5, AODA compliance)
Experience with system integration (Java web apps, ESRI GIS, web services, REST APIs, webhooks)
Strong knowledge of SOA, microservices, web services (REST, JSON, SOAP)
ArcGIS Online/Enterprise with APIs/SDKs
IT Security best practices (OAuth2, SAML)
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
GIS data management & analytics (Python, R, spatial DBs)
Cloud-native solutions (Azure preferred)
Experience with soil/agronomic data applications
Knowledge of Government of Ontario IT Standards (GO-ITS)
Agile, DevOps, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git)

Strong problem-solving & analytical ability
Detail-oriented, collaborative team player
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
📌 Security Clearance: Not Required
⌛ Hours: 7.25 per day
