As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact helping visitors and staff feel welcome while keeping everything running smoothly. This is a fully onsite position (Toronto, Ontario) in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Managing the front desk and telephone communications
✔️ Scheduling and coordinating conference and meeting rooms
✔️ Handling administrative tasks and assisting teams
✔️ Performing tasks such as booking reservations and sourcing client gifts
✔️ Providing exceptional client and guest service to leave a lasting impression
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator required (bonus if you’ve worked in a professional services setting!)
✅ A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with top-notch communication skills
✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
✅ Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with scheduling software
✅ High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
