Job Overview

This role ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the ERP transformation program through active enterprise engagement.
The Project Manager is accountable for chartering, governing, planning, and executing projects within agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
Responsibilities include managing concurrent ERP projects, defining priorities, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Project plans, communications, milestones, risks, and financials are developed and reported transparently.
Project teams and stakeholders are led throughout the lifecycle, adapting to resource constraints and shifting priorities.
Agile delivery is supported through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
The Project Manager coaches Agile principles and removes delivery impediments.
Cross-functional coordination drives problem-solving, solution development, and project health assessments.
Critical paths are determined and mitigation plans are implemented.
Quality assurance and performance reviews mark major milestones.
Change management and transition to business-as-usual are led effectively.
Travel within North America is required.

Qualifications

University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) required.
Change Management (CCMP, CM2) and Agile (CSM) certifications preferred.
10+ years of ERP and technology implementation experience, preferably in manufacturing.
3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and SAFE methodologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic portfolio.
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting from strategy to execution.
Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems.
Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance knowledge is an asset.
French fluency is an asset.
