Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst
Location: Toronto – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Schedule: 9:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri (7.5 hrs/day, no overtime expected)
Overview
We are seeking a TPRM Analyst to support risk management and compliance activities related to third-party and intragroup arrangements. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing supplier data, identifying gaps, ensuring compliance with policies, and reporting findings to senior stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to gain visibility into enterprise risk frameworks while supporting transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform third-party risk assessments and gap analysis for supplier and intragroup arrangements.
Use tools such as Archer, Ivalua, Excel, and Tableau to analyze supplier/risk data and prepare reports.
Support compliance and governance processes, ensuring policies and frameworks are followed.
Create dashboards, portfolio reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Assist with project coordination and initiative management within the risk and governance function.
Collaborate with procurement, compliance, and business partners to resolve issues and close gaps.
Must-Have Skills
Post-secondary degree in Business, Risk, or related field (BComm/MBA or professional risk certifications such as CTPRP or CRM an asset).
3+ years of experience in third-party risk, supplier risk, or risk management.
Strong understanding of risk governance, supplier lifecycle, and capital markets concepts.
Hands-on experience with risk/compliance systems (e.g., Archer or equivalent).
Advanced Excel skills (pivots, vlookup, formulas, power query).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Data visualization skills (Tableau) and experience with procurement systems (Ivalua).
Familiarity with financial services or banking.
Ability to read and interpret contract language.
This role provides hands-on experience in Third-Party Risk Management and Supplier Governance, with exposure to senior leadership, enterprise-level risk programs, and cross-functional compliance frameworks.
