What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on UX/UI product design experience
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Proven success designing within large enterprise environments, navigating legal, compliance, privacy, and fraud constraints
Experience creating user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Ability to work independently while driving alignment across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting design rationale
Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies (preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work in financial services or similarly regulated industries
