Are you an experienced infrastructure engineer or systems administrator ready to take ownership in a high-impact, modern IT environment?
We’re looking for a DevSecOps Infrastructure Engineer or Senior Systems Administrator to join a lean and agile infrastructure team focused on automation, operational excellence, and multi-cloud modernization. You’ll be part of a core group building a secure, reliable, and scalable foundation across cloud and on-prem environments.
🔧 What You’ll Do
As part of a 2-person team (Manager + You), you will:
Manage, support, and modernize infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, InTune, Linux, Azure, AWS, and M365.
Build and enhance Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
Automate manual tasks and processes to streamline daily operations and reduce tech debt.
Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.
Implement and maintain security best practices including Key Vaults, audit logging, cluster policies, and compliance standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Security, App Support, and legacy teams.
Contribute to on-call support rotation (future), ensuring high availability and quick recovery.
Own infrastructure documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Who You Are
5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, including multi-cloud platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on skills with Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, and modern endpoint management (InTune).
Experience managing resources in Azure and AWS—compute, networking, storage, IAM, and monitoring.
Proficient in automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Familiar with SRE/DevSecOps practices, including incident/problem/change management.
Security-conscious with a track record of implementing secure and compliant infrastructure solutions.
Clear communicator, process-driven, and highly autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
