We’re Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Sr. Systems Engineer
📍 Mississauga, ON | 🕒 Full-Time | 💰 Salary + Bonus | Hybrid (2 Days In-Office)
🧩 What You’ll Do:
As part of a tight-knit, high-performing 3-person team, you’ll split your time between strategic project work and hands-on operations. Initially, the role is 60% operations / 40% projects, but for the right candidate, this will shift to 60% projects as you prove your capabilities.
You’ll support and modernize our hybrid infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security for systems that matter—including Exchange Online, M365, Azure/AWS, enterprise backups, and more.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support: Exchange Online, M365 (Teams, OneDrive), Windows Server, Azure, AWS
Maintain and modernize: Backup and archiving (Rubrik, Veritas, Barracuda), automation scripts (PowerShell), patching
Support SSO/MFA/SSPR: Azure, Ping Fed, Entra ID
Execute: Root cause analysis (RCA), lifecycle patching, capacity planning, and health checks
Operate: ServiceNow ticketing, incident & change management, cross-functional collaboration
Participate in on-call rotation (additional stipend ~$10K if required)
Contribute to documentation, compliance, and strategic initiatives
🛠️ Your Toolkit:
5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience
PowerShell and automation scripting expertise
Deep understanding of M365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID)
Strong hands-on with Exchange Online, backups, hybrid cloud (Azure & AWS)
Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and enterprise support tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
