About the Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking three (3) experienced Senior IT Project Managers for a high-impact cloud migration project supporting a project initiative. This is an opportunity to lead the modernization of a key Information Management System moving to SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Power Pages.
You’ll play a critical role in the successful execution of this upgrade, ensuring effective project governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery of enterprise-level IT solutions.

Scope of Work
The existing Grant Information Management System is built on outdated technology that has reached end-of-life. After a pre-assessment, the system is being upgraded via cloud migration to Microsoft 365 solutions. As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex IT projects.
Align business requirements with technical solutions.
Oversee governance, budget, timelines, and project teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, and vendor teams.
Ensure project milestones are met and communicated clearly to all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop project charters, business cases, and delivery strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing project demands.
Lead stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk management, and communications.
Oversee change management and ensure user adoption of new systems.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and information management standards.
Prepare and present documentation for leadership, steering committees, and technical teams.

Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Project Management, including managing complex, multi-project environments.
Preference will be given to Provincial Government experience
Proven success leading large IT solution implementations.
Strong experience in:
Project planning & execution
Business case development
Stakeholder management
Risk and issue management
IT delivery within enterprise architecture frameworks
Active PMP or PgMP Certification
4+ years in:
Budgeting & forecasting
Change management & communications
Information management & cybersecurity policy environments
2+ years leading the implementation of:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Power Pages
SharePoint Online
