Senior Program Manager (ERP/SAP) — Contract
Location/Work Mode: Hybrid (Greater Toronto Area), minimum 2 days onsite per week
Hours: 7 hrs/day (35 hrs/week)
Term: December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026 (option to extend up to 12 months)
Role Overview
Lead the implementation, management, and evaluation of enterprise ERP/SAP initiatives across HR, Finance, and Procurement. Act as an integrator and advisor, translating strategy into executable plans, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and driving measurable value. Stay current on S/4HANA and SuccessFactors to recommend enhancements.
What You Bring
7+ years ERP/SAP experience, including 4+ years leading large-scale implementations.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software, including integrations.
Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum; exposure to change management (e.g., PROSCI) is an asset.
Executive-level communication, stakeholder influence, team leadership; strong problem-solving, negotiation, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Must-Have Certifications (Pass/Fail)
Degree in Business/Commerce/IT (or related).
PMP and one of PMI-ACP / CSM / PSM I.
SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
