We are currently looking for 9 Associates (Data Entry/Admin) to start potentially mid-October. We initially said it would be remote role; however, the business has requested for it to be a hybrid role.

1 month contract possibility of Extension, Oakville/ Hybrid

Job description/job duties

We will be receiving information on patient files. We require the associates to review the information and update the CRM accordingly with the information provided. This role is extremely detailed oriented. The information we receive will need to be reviewed and added to the correct fields in our system while ensuring that certain tasks are added based on next steps.
Shift hours

9-5 or 8-4 is sufficient. They will not be on the phone system, so we are flexible with shift hours. Given that we are now looking at a hybrid role, we are hopeful that all associates work the same hours until the role is virtual

Hyrbid

If Hybrid- Location please and how many days? Oakville, ON L6L 0C4. Training to be completed virtually (approximately 1 week), followed by working in office for hands on learning and support until we are confident that the staff are able to meet the productivity and data integrity required of our project timeline. The timeline in which they would go from office back to remote will be decided upon by the program staff member who will be supporting in the learning and support.

Is there a possibility to extend the assignment after 1 month?

There is a possibility Correct

Potential start date? Do they all need to start same day ? is there Training?

Mid October would be ideal as long as interviews, paperwork, equipment ext. can all be done prior to start date Correct- there will be virtual training and we do need them to start on the same day but please let us know concerns if there is an issue resourcing due to start times/hybrid

Approx how many temp workers do you need?

9 at this time but once we have the finalized data where we can compile the logic of how many hours are needed to get this project done this number may increase

Is salesforce must or any CRM will work? Huge benefit if they have salesforce background but given we are looking at approximately 9 resources, we understand if some may not. The big ask is that the individuals are detailed oriented.
