Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager (L2) (SAP WFS skills (Workforce Software) lead testing efforts across SAP projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and end-to-end test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Schedule.
Lead creation of Requirements Traceability Matrix and test cases.
Manage Functional, SIT, UAT, and Non-Functional test phases.
Ensure test coverage for all business processes and systems in scope.
Lead defect triage meetings and manage defect lifecycle.
Track test progress, risks, and ensure all test deliverables are approved.
Coordinate test data, test environment readiness, and execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test Manager in SAP projects.
Strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA).
