👩‍💻 About the Role
You’ll join a small, high-performing team building and shipping GraphQL APIs, slick React UIs, and scalable serverless infrastructure — all in TypeScript.
You’ll help design and ship:
Plug-and-play network provisioning and monitoring tools
Flexible inventory management systems
Intuitive user experiences used by operators and customers
Backend services that power complex telecom workflows
Each squad has different backend/frontend splits — but all are backend-focused.

Languages: TypeScript (everywhere), JavaScript
Backend: Node.js, GraphQL, SQL
Frontend: React
Infrastructure: AWS (serverless), DevOps practices

✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
5+ years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong backend development using Node.js
SQL experience
Experience working in AWS cloud environments
Prior work in startups or high-growth product companies (no enterprise-only backgrounds)
Strong collaboration skills and product mindset
Nice-to-Haves
GraphQL experience
Functional programming interest
Networking knowledge
Personal/side projects showing technical passion
