Java Architect

I’m hashtag#hiring for a Java Architect for a Fortune100 Retailer in North America!
(*Full time, Permanent, 1 time per month to Toronto office – 95% Remote)

Looking for:
· 10+ years hands-on Java/JEE development experience (expert level).
· 5+ years experience with Spring Boot / MVC / frameworks.
· 5+ years working in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Docker/Kubernetes.
· Strong background in retail and e-commerce platform architecture.
· Proven ability to design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
· 6+ years of experience leading and mentoring developers.
· Proficient with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
· Strong communication and conflict management skills; able to influence stakeholders.
· Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adopting new technologies.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Knowledge of application security best practices.
