Role: Lead Data Engineer
📍 Location: Canada (Remote, Preferred – Ottawa) |📝 Type: Contract

Technical Skills
✔️ Strong expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Lakehouse Architecture, Table Triggers, Delta Live Pipelines, Databricks Runtime).
✔️ Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services (ADF, Blob, ADLS, etc.).
✔️ Advanced knowledge of Spark & PySpark for big data processing.
✔️ Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
✔️ Experience with GitLab and Databricks Asset Bundles.

Preferred Experience
⭐ Familiarity with Databricks Runtimes and advanced configurations.
⭐ Knowledge of streaming frameworks (Spark Streaming).
⭐ Experience developing real-time data solutions.

Certifications (Optional)
🎓 Azure Data Engineer Associate
🎓 Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
