IT Business Analyst – SAP (Operations / Supply Chain)

Contract Opportunity: IT Business Analyst – SAP (Operations / Supply Chain) | Toronto, ON
We are seeking a senior IT Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support a critical ERP implementation focused on Supply Chain modules (MM, WM, PP). This is a contract role (~12 months) with a strong likelihood of extension into 2026.

What you’ll do:
Act as the functional expert for SAP Supply Chain modules.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Partner with SAP integrators/vendors during configuration, testing, and deployment.
Support process improvement initiatives and solution validation.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Must-Have Skills:
SAP S/4HANA expertise (MM, WM, PP modules)
Senior-level Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering, stakeholder/vendor management)
Hands-on ERP implementation experience
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain-heavy industries
Agile methodology experience
Strong facilitation skills across business and technical teams
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business analysis (3+ years SAP-focused)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAP certifications) preferred
Role Details:
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week in office)
Contract Duration: 11 months, 22 days (~12 months)
Hours: Standard business hours (7.5 hours/day)
