Job Title: Senior Core .Net Developer

Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET
Define technical standards and guidelines for application development.
Architect and build microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Provide leadership and hands-on development expertise in C#, MVC, Web API, and WCF.
Design data models and access layers using SQL Server; ensure data consistency and performance optimization.
Implement GraphQL APIs and integrate them with existing systems.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve system performance and development productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee code reviews, system integration, and deployment processes.
Mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security and governance standards.
