Job Title: Epic Certified Analyst – Willow / HIM / Hospital Billing (HB)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring Epic Certified Analysts across the following modules:

Epic Willow (2 positions)
Epic HIM (2 positions)
Epic Hospital Billing – HB (2 positions)
The successful candidates will work closely with clinical, financial, and technical teams to implement, configure, and support Epic applications. You must hold active Epic certification in the respective module(s).

Key Responsibilities

Perform build, configuration, testing, and support of assigned Epic modules (Willow, HIM, or HB).
Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in system upgrades, optimization projects, and new feature implementation.
Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials for staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and financial processes.
Required Qualifications

Mandatory: Active Epic Certification in one of the following: Willow / HIM / Hospital Billing (HB).
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Epic implementation or support experience in the relevant module.
Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and best practices within your Epic specialty.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to multiple Epic modules.
Prior experience working in Canadian healthcare systems.
Familiarity with integration, reporting, and testing tools within Epic.
