Scrum Master – Insurance Industry

We are Hiring: Scrum Master – Insurance Industry | 4-6+ Years | GTA, Ontario | Hybrid

Key Requirements:
1. 4–6 years of hands-on Scrum experience
2. Certified Scrum Master (PSM, CSM preferred)
3. Strong Agile project management skills
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
5. Prior experience in the insurance industry – Guidewire experience is mandatory (No negotiation)

What You’ll Do:
1. Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.)
2. Ensure backlog hygiene, sprint reporting, and risk management
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile discipline
4. Resolve blockers quickly (within 24 hours)
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value on time

Note: Candidates must be in Canada and have an Open Work Permit/PR/Citizenship or otherwise be eligible to work in Canada.
