👥 About the Role
As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing .NET team building fintech solutions used across North America. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who combines technical depth with strong people skills and an eye for continuous improvement.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
✅ Leadership & Strategy
8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in a team leadership or people management role.
Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing dev teams.
A strong change agent who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
✅ .NET Technical Expertise
Deep experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and modern toolsets (Visual Studio, GitHub).
Can speak confidently to scalable, secure, and well-architected solutions.
✅ DevOps & Cloud
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Background in improving deployment processes, pipelines, and systems resilience.
✅ Fintech Domain Knowledge
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., lender, agency, compliance).
Familiar with secure coding practices and navigating privacy/compliance standards.
