💼 What You’ll Do:
Build and scale a high-performing engineering team through smart hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Lead by example in technical architecture, quality assurance, and secure development practices.
Streamline engineering operations by refining CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and reducing bottlenecks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Dealer Support, Business Development, and third-party partners.
Promote a culture of innovation, transparency, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
🔧 Key Tech & Experience:
8+ years in software development, including 3+ years managing engineers.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
Experience with CI/CD tooling, GitHub workflows, and modern DevSecOps practices.
Solid cloud experience—AWS preferred.
Strong grasp of FinTech, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Skilled in Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
Clear, confident communicator—both with execs and devs.

Secure coding certifications or formal threat modeling exposure.
