Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Rate: $90/hr.
4 months with renewal
Hybrid: 3 days downtown Toronto

This role will play a key part in a SailPoint migration project and related initiatives as part of the broader on-prem to cloud migration program.

What You’ll Do:
Elicit, analyze, and document technical requirements to support IAM initiatives, including SailPoint migration.
Collaborate with cyber/information security teams and stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Support design, implementation, and testing phases of IAM solutions.
Identify process improvements and contribute to security and compliance best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in IAM projects (SailPoint experience preferred, but other IAM platforms are also acceptable).
Background in cybersecurity or information security project teams.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and cloud migration initiatives.
