Lead cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects, focusing on:
🛠️ Architecture: Design enterprise-scale solutions with cloud-native patterns.
📊 Leadership: Guide agile teams, mentor developers, and align with architectural vision.
🔄 Modernization: Transform legacy systems into modern digital services.
🤝 Communication: Convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
🚀 Delivery: Oversee iterative delivery of user-centric services using modern stacks.

✅ Must-Haves:
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (equivalencies considered).
Agile Leadership: 5+ yrs leading cross-functional agile product teams.
Software Architecture: 5+ yrs designing enterprise-scale solutions.
UX/Service Design: 2+ yrs with UX, service design, or human-centered approaches.
Solution Architecture: 4+ yrs defining architecture for large-scale systems.
Communication: 2+ yrs conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Projects: Provide 2 recent project examples (public sector preferred) addressing scope, complexity, delivery approach, and technologies used.
