Job Description:
Overall, 12-15 years of experience in HR ERP core modules like Core HR, Benefits, Payroll integration with ADP, eTime.
Prior experience in Data conversion and migration to SAAS HR system is required.
Deep Functional knowledge on HR module and functionalities.
Create functional design documentation, testing requirements and or reporting requirement.
Do Fit-Gap analysis for HR functional and modules implemented between current HR and selected Saas HR ERP system.
SuccessFactors migration experience is needed
