Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Strong scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible) to automate manual tasks, streamline processes, and modernize infrastructure.
Core Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on troubleshooting with Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, InTune/Modern Workspace, Azure & AWS.
Operational Excellence & Security Mindset: Root cause analysis (RCA), incident/problem/change management, and ability to design/implement secure, compliant infrastructure solutions.
