6+ years of experience in Salesforce product ownership, business analysis, or CRM platform management.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks with experience in tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
Salesforce Administrator and/or Product Owner certifications preferred.
