📍 Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid – min. 2 days onsite/week)
🕒 Duration: 6-Month Contract
💵 Pay Rate: $80/hour

🔐 Project Overview:
Join a leading Canadian bank’s Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) team on a high-impact Multifactor Authentication (MFA) rollout project involving over 300 applications. Be a key player in securing digital access across the enterprise.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define and manage onboarding waves for MFA rollout
✅ Maintain master onboarding list and success/failure tracking
✅ Coordinate communications per onboarding wave
✅ Analyze failed onboardings and refine processes
✅ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards 📊
✅ Collaborate with architects, QA, developers, and OCM teams
✅ Document change processes and operational procedures

📍 Work Location Info:
🔸 Current: 888 Birchmount Road, 6th Floor, Scarborough, ON
🔸 From September: Scotia Plaza, 44 King Street West, Toronto, ON
🔁 Candidates must be flexible to work from either location

🛠️ Must-Have Skills:
🔹 10+ years as a Business Analyst
🔹 5+ years with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Power BI, scripting (PowerShell an asset)
🔹 Experience with MFA, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Microsoft Entra, and Cloud technologies
🔹 3–5 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
🔹 Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

✨ Nice to Have:
🌟 Experience with MFA rollouts
🚀 Experience on large migration projects
🗣️ Bilingual in Spanish or French
