Experience of Financial Reconciliation, trade lifecycle – trade capture, clearing and settlement is a Must

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, IT, or equivalent).
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle (trade capture, clearing, settlement).
Proficiency in SQL and data mining.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong teamwork and self-starting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or professional financial certification (e.g., CFA, FRM).
Experience with reconciliation automation tools (Duco preferred).
Familiarity with reporting tools.
Exposure to securities and derivatives products.
