Project Control Officer

We’re Hiring – Project Control Officer 💼
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
💰 Pay Rate: $48–58/hr CAD (INC)
📅 Contract Duration: 6 months (High potential for extension)

Join a dynamic team working on Canadian and International Banking Collections projects to implement cutting-edge Collections Platform and Digital Solutions on a global scale. What You’ll Do:
Act as the project secretariat—organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
Support Delivery and Project Managers to keep initiatives on track across multiple teams and priorities.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including RAID logs, budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
Oversee project financials: review invoices, process payments, reconcile budgets, and prepare cost forecasts.
Prepare reports and updates for Executive Steering Committees.
Collaborate with international partners to manage project budgets as per the approved business case.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5–8 years of financial management experience, including budgeting.
✅ 5–8 years in project coordination/control supporting senior project leaders.
✅ 2+ years in a financial institution.
✅ Strong skills in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and MS Project.
✅ Bilingual – English & Spanish.

Nice-to-Have:
PMP designation
Experience in international project environments
