Join a dynamic team to transform complex data into actionable insights! We need a BI expert to design dashboards, optimize databases, and collaborate with stakeholders across a leading enterprise.

Core Responsibilities:
Analyze & Visualize: Interpret complex data from diverse sources; build interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
Database Management: Design/maintain databases ensuring data integrity and cross-platform integration.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into BI solutions for finance/banking operations.
End-to-End Ownership: Lead complex BI projects from requirements to delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years (Analyst) or 3+ years (Sr. Analyst) in BI/analytics roles.
Tableau Expert (Highly preferred) + Power BI proficiency.
Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
Strong data warehousing knowledge & query optimization expertise.
Power user of MS Excel/PPT + data storytelling mastery.
Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

Preferred Assets:
Experience with call center data hierarchies.
Background in banking/finance.
Master’s degree.
