Lead Python Developers

We’re Hiring: Lead Python Developers for our Banking Client.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in in person/2 days remote)
Calgary – 1 | GTA / Montreal -3
Rate: Market rate
Duration: 1 year (with potential extension)

We are looking for experienced Lead Python Developers to join an exciting project. If you’re passionate about Python and looking to lead cutting-edge development in a hybrid environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements
6–8 years of strong Python development
3+ years with:
Airflow
Kubernetes
ELK
Flask / Django / FastAPI

Nice to Have (Highly Valued):
Gen AI experience
DB-to-DB migration (especially from MS SQL to open-source DBs like Spark or ClickHouse)
Experience migrating code from Java to Python or across Python frameworks
