Job Posting: ServiceNow Business Analyst (Hybrid) – Contract
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Contract Length: 6+ months (with possibility of extension)

Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team on a hybrid basis in Toronto, Ontario. This is a contract role for a candidate with a strong technical background in ServiceNow, ITSM, and business analysis processes. Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
ServiceNow Expertise: Provide expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and Service Mapping, ensuring solutions align with business needs and ITIL processes.
Configuration Management: Leverage your understanding of Configuration Management and the ServiceNow CMDB (CSDM) to improve service delivery.
SDLC & ITIL: Demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC and how it integrates with ITIL processes to deliver technology solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB data model (CSDM).
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM discovery, and Service Mapping.
Experience working in ServiceNow Agile 2.0 environment.
Expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal.
Ability to discuss requirements and troubleshoot effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Engineers.

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Business Application Architecture.
Experience with Infrastructure technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Understanding of Network Architecture (switches, routers, firewalls, OSI model).
