Seeking an Oracle CX resource to support configuration and solution activities on Oracle CX. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Sales, particularly in the Incentive Compensation module.

1. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle CX modules such as-
A. Oracle Incentive Compensation
– Custom Objects
– Calculation Rules
– Pay groups and Payment plans
– Tax Rates and Tax codes , CAPEX vs OPEX
B. Redwood on Incentive Compensation
C. AI for CX
D. Custom Roles for CX
2. Knowledge on Commission Calculation for Sales
