We’re looking for leaders who bring:
– 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 3+ years managing or mentoring engineering teams
– Deep knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern development tools (Visual Studio, GitHub)
– Strong grasp of CI/CD practices and a passion for automation
– Solid experience with cloud platforms – ideally AWS
– Proven experience delivering in Agile environments
Bonus: Exposure to AI tools in software development – using automation to boost productivity and innovation
