Job Title: Sr UX Designer
📍Location: Remote(Canada)
⌛ Duration: Longterm Contract
Note: Need atleast 7 years in UX Design

Requirements
Sr UX Designer
Toronto based as some time in office may be needed for workshops

Projects
-Org experience journey management
-Strategy Portal and Program Report (product experience)

Skills Needed
– Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
– Ability to balance user needs with business requirements
– Experience with agile development processes
– Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
– Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
– Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Design
– Service Design: knowledge of customer journey mapping and service blueprinting methodologies
– Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business objectives and research findings into actionable insights for design, service and product strategy.
– Leadership: Ability to shape and lead UX design activities independently
– Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to various levels of stakeholders
– Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, Fijam & facilitation tools
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
