Now Hiring: Data Analyst – Cloud Data Migration | Hybrid (Toronto)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite starting Sept)

Are you a Data Analyst with a passion for cloud data integration, data discovery, and collaborating with SMEs to drive meaningful business insights? Join a leading Canadian bank’s transformation team to support the International Banking Cloud Migration Project!
You’ll work alongside a highly specialized team to help ingest, standardize, and publish data from global systems to the cloud—empowering teams across finance, operations, and more with actionable data.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Perform data discovery and exploratory analysis on large, complex datasets
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and align data insights with business goals
Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
Support data transformation pipelines and ensure data quality, accessibility, and security in a cloud environment
Help drive tactical solutions while contributing to the long-term strategic vision of a unified data platform
✅ What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in data analysis with a focus on data exploration and stakeholder engagement
Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Exceptional communication skills and a track record of working cross-functionally with business teams
💡 Nice to Have:
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Background in statistics or ML fundamentals
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
