Exciting Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst Role Available!

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a specialization in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Downtown Toronto on a hybrid contract basis.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, with a strong emphasis on EFT (excluding WIRES, SWIFT, or ISO 20022).
– Proficiency in Canadian and/or US EFT file formats and standards such as CPA 005 and NACHA.
– Background in working with banking platforms or ERP systems handling EFT payments.
– Proficient in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for EFT payment processing, covering areas like direct deposits, PADs, and vendor payments.
– Familiarity with payment exceptions, returns, stop payments, and reconciliation procedures.
– Demonstrated expertise in analytical tasks, including BRD creation, process mapping, and test case development.
– Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
