Responsibilities: Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access and service delivery. PC and Print Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
Core: Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments. Candidates should demonstrate logic and critical thinking.
Education: High school education or equivalent or College. Typically requires 1- 3 years general experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Hybrid Work: Currently two days per week in the office. This may change in the future. During training more office work is required
