Candidate Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide L3 support for Java apps & REST APIs.
– Debug Java, Spring Boot, Database, and API issues.
– Monitor systems, resolve incidents, and perform RCA.
– Collaborate with dev teams on fixes & improvements.

Requirements:
– 8+ years in Java-based production support (REST API, Spring framework).
– Able to read and write Java code for minor tweaks.
– Experience with logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK).
– Problem-solving mindset & good communication skills.
