We’re Hiring: Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (French & English) 🌎 📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) 🕒 Type: Contract
Exp – 4
Technical Skills:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical helpdesk or call center environment
Knowledge of Windows 7/10, and basic understanding of Windows Server and networking
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, remote access, and VPN
