About the Role
We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and cloud. This role is 70% infrastructure and 30% cloud, ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performance environments with modern DevOps tools.
You’ll work on automating and scaling mission-critical systems, supporting hybrid infrastructure, and driving initiatives in Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, and CI/CD pipelines. Think: fully automated data center builds, platform observability, and next-gen deployment tooling.
🔧 What You’ll Work On
Build & maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Packer, and Docker
Manage on-prem systems: Fortinet, VMWare, Proxmox, Dell Servers
Automate deployments and CI/CD workflows via Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
Enhance observability via ElasticSearch, Prometheus, and related tools
Support and evolve our Kubernetes and cloud-native strategy
Own incident response, system uptime, and root cause analysis
Improve developer velocity through better internal tooling and automation
💡 Ideal Candidate Has Experience In
✅ Fortinet firewalls and network segmentation
✅ VMware, Proxmox, and Dell server management
✅ Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Packer
✅ Kubernetes and ElasticSearch in production
✅ CI/CD pipeline management and automation
✅ Infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and SLOs/SLIs
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills across hybrid cloud/on-prem setups
Bonus: Experience with VMware Tanzu, hybrid deployments, or cloud integrations (AWS, Azure)
