✅ Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years in the insurance industry
• 3-5 years in a BA role for publishing/documentation solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PDF, SQL, AFP
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Prior systems/programming background

✨ Nice to Have:
• Experience with OpenText Exstream
• Familiarity with Guidewire
• SQL query skills
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Experience using JIRA
