Strong hands-on experience with AEP (Adobe Experience Platform)

Expertise in AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)

Customer Journey Mapping

HTML, JavaScript, CSS for Email/Web Templates

Experience with customer channels: Email, SMS, Push

AEP XDM Schemas & Customer Profiles

Data analysis & reporting (email engagement metrics)
