Conduct a thorough assessment of the UKG implementation to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Mandate Skills – Dell Boomi, Payrule, Accruals & Pro WFM.
Provide recommendations to optimize the UKG solution based on industry best practices and business needs.
Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure identified gaps are addressed effectively.
Client Engagement & Communication:
Act as the primary onsite liaison between the client and offshore teams.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose solutions.
Facilitate discussions on UKG configurations, customizations, and system enhancements.
Offshore Coordination:
Translate client requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for the offshore team.
Conduct regular sync-up meetings to ensure offshore teams are aligned with client expectations
