Business Analyst – Performance Analyst

Join our Risk & Investment Analytics team as a Business Analyst – Performance Analyst!

Are you passionate about data accuracy, portfolio performance reporting, and collaborating with institutional clients? This role might be for you.

🔍 What you’ll do:
Deliver performance and analytics reports for pension plans and asset manager products
Reconcile portfolio data and resolve discrepancies with money managers, custodians, and clients
Support compliance reporting on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
Handle ad-hoc research and special assignments

💼 What we’re looking for:
3+ years in the financial industry
2+ years in financial reporting, accounting, or custody operations
Enrolled in CFA Level 1 (minimum requirement)
Strong Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
A detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and time management skills

🏢 Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in-office (moving to 4 in September)
Training in Mississauga with potential to work in downtown Toronto
