Software Engineering (.Net/ AWS)

I’m hashtag#hiring for a Manager, Software Engineering (.Net/ AWS) for a Very-Well-Established Automotive Online Marketplace Company in Toronto/Etobicoke, ON!
(Full-time, Permanent, 2 days per week in office)

Looking for:
· 8+ years of professional software development, including 3+ years managing engineers.
· Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern tooling (Visual Studio, GitHub).
· Proven track record leading Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) with JIRA/Confluence.
· Hands-on CI/CD experience and a passion for automation.
· Experience with cloud-based solutions, ideally with AWS
· Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor depth for senior stakeholders and junior engineers alike.
· Fintech domain experience (lender or agency side) with awareness of regulatory, compliance, and security controls.
